Employment Pass (EP)

Allows foreign professionals, managers, executives, and technicians to work in Singapore. Candidates must earn a minimum of SGD 5,000 per month. Starting from September 1, 2023, applicants for the Employment Pass (EP) must not only meet the minimum salary threshold but also attain a certain score on the Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS).

Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass (ONE Pass)

Applicable to top talents in business, arts and culture, sports, as well as the academic and research fields. A fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 30,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currency) earned within the past year or expected from a Singapore employer in the future. Individuals with outstanding achievements in the fields of culture, arts, sports, and academic research may be eligible even if they do not meet the salary criteria.

S Pass (SP)

Applicable to mid-level skilled technical staff. Starting from September 1, 2023, applicants must earn at least SGD 3,150 per month. Further adjustments to the salary requirement will be implemented from September 1, 2025.

Work Permit (WP)

Applicable to semi-skilled foreign workers in construction, manufacturing, marine shipyard, processing, or service sectors.

Personalised Employment Pass (PEP)

Applicable to high-earning Employment Pass holders or foreign professionals. It is not tied to any employer and offers more flexibility compared to the Employment Pass.

EntrePass

For foreign entrepreneurs who wish to start and operate a business in Singapore that is supported by venture capital or has innovative technology.

Dependant's Pass (DP)

Applicable to spouses/children under 21 years old of PEP (Personalised Employment Pass) holders; spouses/unmarried children under 21 years old (including legally adopted children) of EntrePass (Entrepreneur Pass) holders; spouses/unmarried children under 21 years old (including legally adopted children) of EP (Employment Pass) holders; spouses/unmarried children under 21 years old (including legally adopted children) of SP (S Pass) holders.

新加坡准证

就业准证(Employment Pass,简称EP)
允许外国专业人士、经理、执行人员和技术人员在新加坡工作。候选人每月需要至少赚取5000新元。从2023年9月1日起,申请就业准证(EP)者除了要满足最低薪资门槛,也要在“互补性评估框架“(Complementarity Assessment Framework,简称COMPASS)上获得一定的分数。

创业准证 (EntrePass)
对于希望在新加坡创办并经营一家受风险投资支持或拥有创新技术的外国企业家。

个性化就业准证 (Personalised Employment Pass,简称PEP)
适用于高收入就业准证持有者或海外外籍专业人士。它不受雇主限制,比就业准证更加灵活。

顶级专才准证 (Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass,简称ONE Pass)
适用于商业、艺术和文化、证体育,以及学术和研究领域的顶尖人才。过去1年内赚取至少30.000新元(或等值外币)的固定月薪,或者将在未来的新加坡雇主那里赚取至少30.000新元的固定月薪。在文化艺术、体育、学术研究领域取得突出成就的个人,即使不符合工资标准也有资格。

S Pass (简称SP)
适用于专业技术人员。从2023年9月1日起,申请人每月需要赚取至少3.150新元。从2025年9月1日起,申请人的薪资要求将有进一步的调整。

Work Permit (简称WP)
适用于建筑,制造,海事造船厂,加工或服务业的半熟练外国工人。

家属准证 (Dependant’s Pass,简称DP)
适用于PEP(个人化就业准证)的配偶/21岁以下的小孩;Entrepass(创业准证)的配偶/21岁以下未成婚的小孩(包括法定养子/女);EP的配偶/21岁以下未成婚的小孩(包括法定养子/女);SP的配偶/21岁以下未成婚的小孩(包括法定养子/女)
