Employment Pass (EP) Application
Professionals, managerial employees (Managing Directors, General Managers, CEOs), executives, and experts who seek to work in Singapore are issued an Employment Pass (EP). Candidates must earn at least $4,500 per month and meet other requirements.:
The Dependant’s Pass (DP) allows a work visa holder’s immediate family to live in Singapore. The sponsoring work visa holder must earn a minimum monthly salary of SGD 6,000 to qualify for dependant privileges. The validity of the sponsor’s Singapore work visa is linked to the status of the Dependant’s Pass.
Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)
The Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) is for qualifying Employment Pass or S Pass holders’ parents, common-law spouses, stepchildren, or disabled children. Passholders earning more than $12,000 per year are eligible for a pass for their parents
S Pass Application
The S Pass is a sort of work visa for mid-level skilled employees hired by Singapore-based enterprises. The MOM evaluates the Singapore S Pass application using a point system that takes into account each of the following factors: pay, education qualifications, skills, job type, and work experience. Candidates must have a monthly income of at least $2,500 and meet the assessment criteria.
Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) Application
The Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) is a specific sort of Employment Pass that is only given to top-tier individuals. Because the PEP is not tied to any one workplace, its holder can change jobs without impacting the status of the pass.
For eligible foreign entrepreneurs who are keen to start and operate a business in Singapore that is venturebacked or possesses innovative technologies.
Tech.Pass is a visa that allows established tech entrepreneurs, leaders, or technical experts from around the world to come to Singapore to perform frontier and disruptive innovations. Individuals can apply for the pass directly. The pass is administered by the Singapore Economic Development Board.
Letter of Consent (LOC) Application
The Letter of Consent (LOC) is required for qualifying LTVP/LTVP+ holders married to a Singaporean or permanent resident who wishes to work in Singapore. The Letter of Consent can be requested by the employer or an appointed employment agent. The LOC holder has been pre-approved to work or run a business in Singapore. The Global Investor Programme (GIP) accords Singapore Permanent Resident status (PR) to eligible global investors who intend to drive their businesses and investment growth from Singapore. You will need to have a substantial business track record and successful entrepreneurial background to qualify
Permanent Resident (PR) Application
As a foreigner, you may be eligible to apply PR if you are a/an:
• Spouse of a Singapore citizen (SC) or Singapore permanent resident (PR)
• Unmarried child aged below 21 born within the context of a legal marriage to, or have been legally adopted by, a SC or PR
• Aged parent of a SC
• Holder of an Employment Pass or S Pass
• Student studying in Singapore
• Foreign investor in Singapore.
Note: Factors such as the individual’s family ties to Singaporeans, economic contributions, qualications, age, family prole and length of residency, to assess the applicant’s ability to contribute to Singapore and integrate into our society, as well as his or her commitment to sinking roots.
• Have been a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) for at least two years and are aged 21 and above (you can apply together with your spouse and any unmarried children aged below 21 born to you within the context of a legal marriage or legally adopted by you).
• Have been a PR for at least two years and have been married to a Singapore citizen for at least two years.
• Are an unmarried child aged below 21 born within the context of a legal marriage to, or have been legally adopted by, an SC.
• Are a PR studying in Singapore; and have been residing in Singapore for more than 3 years (of which, at least one year as a PR); and have passed at least one national exam (i.e. PSLE, GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ levels), or are in the Integrated Programme (IP).
• Are a PR and an Aged Parent of a Singapore Citizen.
